What I am listening to right now? I Got A Feeling, by The Black Eyed Peas – from THE E.N.D. (Energy Never Dies). Well, I am not really listening to it – my wife is. She’s playing it loud on the speakers, so I paused my Hot House Flowers CD to listen to it too. She’s really gotten quite hooked on the music of will.i.am, apl.de.ap, Taboo and Fergie.

It all started for her I think with a video made by a college or university in Montréal, Québec, where the continuous movement of the students in the video was quite infectious. 3.7 million views on YouTube can attest to that.

But the nice thing about The Black Eyed Peas is that they are not just producing nice singles. The album THE E.N.D. (Energy Never Dies) is full of danceable songs of high quality. Not that I am listening to it day and night, or even every other day (I like variety in my musical menu), but it can certainly brighten up my workday to have Fergie singing in the background, on the infectious grooves of will.i.am.
